To place a design order, after reviewing the terms and conditions, you can contact us through one of our communication channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or other platforms. After receiving your request, we will collect the necessary information, including content (texts, images, etc.) as well as your design preferences, to create a design tailored to your needs.
The workflow is as follows:
Receiving Information and Cost Estimation: After an initial review of your request, we will clearly inform you of the project timeline and associated costs.
Project Start: Upon agreement with the project cost, the design process will begin after a 50% advance payment is made and a copy of the payment receipt is sent.
Initial Draft Delivery: Once the first draft is ready, it will be sent to you for review. If any revisions are needed, the necessary changes will be made.
Final Approval and Delivery: After your final approval, the main version of the design will be prepared in the required graphic file format. At this stage, the remaining 50% payment will be made, and upon sending a copy of the receipt, the final files will be delivered to you.

File Storage After Delivery: After delivering the final file to the customer, the designer is not responsible for archiving or storing the file. Therefore, please ensure proper storage and backup of the file after receiving it, so you can easily access it in the future if needed.
